We started looking out for houses to change....நம்ம ஊர்ல நாலு பேர்கிட்ட சொல்லுவோம், புரொக்கர்கிட்ட சொல்லுவோம், வீடு காலியாருந்தால் போய் பார்போம், முடிச்சிடுவோம்...இங்கே இவங்க பண்ற ரௌசு இருக்கே...அடடா தாங்கமுடியலை.....முதலை webla தேடனுமாம்..அப்புறம் phone பன்னனுமாம், rental office manager கிட்டே பேசனும்...then he gives us an appointment...oh, ok appointment கொடுத்துடாரு, அப்படினா வீடு இருக்குனு நினைச்சிடு போன்னா jus he tells us about the apartments and then he tells us that we are in waiting list....எனக்கு காதுலருந்து புகையா வருது, போடா டோய் சொல்லலாம்னு நினைச்சேன் ..சில apartments அதை விட மோசம்,we are having it free, but we can allow only after a month, எதுக்குனு கேட்டா paint அடிக்க 1 மாசாமாகும்னு சொல்றாங்க....ஒய்ய் என்னங்கடா ஒரே அலும்பா இருக்கு...தாங்கலை டா சாமி....

Asha, good one! This is only the beginning. You have to negotiate with the apartment manager that you are leaving from too, so that they dont charge you a ton from your deposit. We changed three apartments before we moved to our own house.
