Diwali sweets-Mission-2-Thenkulal


Ingredients: 2 cups Rice flour, 1/4 cup uradh dhal flour, cummin-2tsp, oil-1tsp, salt-2tsp
Special Tools : Thenkuzhal Press from India


Procedure:
Add salt, cummin seeds to the flours and mix them well and make a dough with enough hot water. While mixing it add a tsp of hot oil.




Make a ball from the dough and press it through the thenkuzhal press in the hot oil and deep fry them till they are golden brown.


Remove and drain it, in a pan with paper towel.

The fried "ThenKuzhal" is now ready to eat.
